The board exists to ensure Sync1 makes decisions in the long-term interest of its credit union owners — not vendors, not investors, not management. Every quarter, owner CUs vote on roadmap priorities and vendor relationships.

Responsible Growth

Scale without selling out.

We grow only when growth serves the member-owned CU mission. The board is explicit: no acquisition, no funding round, and no partnership gets approved if it compromises the CUSO's independence or the software's fit for credit unions.
